Irish Step Dancing
Live Art Demonstration
TASTE Marquis Live Art Zone (4th & Main Streets)
Find yourself magically transported to a quaint Irish pub! The McGovern Ceili Dancers will provide a thrilling all-ages demonstration of Irish dance and stepping. The McGovern Ceili Dancers were founded in June of 1999 and have gone from 6 dancers meeting one night a week to over 80 dancers and 4 locations in Ohio and Indiana. We are comprised of female and male dancers whose ages range from 4 to adults. The McGovern Ceili Dancers philosophy is that while Irish dance is a vigorous and demanding form of dance, it can be experienced in an atmosphere that is relaxed, supportive and most importantly, fun. Our mission is to provide exceptional Irish dance instruction for Beginner through Championship levels. We strive to develop the self-esteem, confidence, and Irish dance skills of each dancer in a positive, nurturing environment where all of our students can reach their full potential. We work to instill a sense of unity and friendship among our students and their families through a variety of Irish cultural events and opportunities.
Saturday, June 20 at 10 pm, join us for the biggest booms around town!

The TASTE of Tippecanoe is a rain or shine event, but operations have had to be suspended in the past because of lightning or wind. However, operations have also safely resumed after these occurrences. You’re using your hard-earned money to gain admission to the TASTE and help the Tippecanoe Arts Federation Grow the Arts. We want to make it more-than-worth your while.
Whether you’re at the TASTE, on your way to the TASTE, or on the fence about attending… STAY INFORMED.
