Kirsten is a graduate of Smith College, Indiana University, and most recently Bauman College where she studied nutrition for 3 years and graduated with honors. She approaches nutrition education and food literacy coaching from many vantage points including:

  • Restaurateur & Chef (30+ years in the industry)
  • Consumer who uses diet & lifestyle to manage chronic and autoimmune disease
